Til denne bodyen ønsket jeg et mykt, behagelig garn av bomull og merinoull – min favorittkombinasjon til de aller innerste plaggene mot babyens hud. Designen med knapper i siden gjør den enkel å kle på og av, og perlestrikkmønsteret gir et rent, men delikat uttrykk. Jeg synes det minner om små stjerner.
Bodyen strikkes ovenfra og ned med raglanøkninger, frem og tilbake på en lang rundpinne. Ermene strikkes rundt med magic loop, eventuelt settpinner.
Størrelser: Prematur (0–3) 3–6 (6–12) md. // 1–2 år

For this bodysuit, I wanted a soft and comfortable yarn made from cotton and merino wool – my favorite combination for garments worn closest to a baby’s skin. The side button closure makes the bodysuit easy to put on and take off, while the seed stitch pattern gives it a clean yet delicate look. I think it resembles little stars.
The bodysuit is worked from the top down with raglan increases, back and forth on a long circular needle. The sleeves are worked in the round using the magic loop method, or with double-pointed needles.

Needles: 2,5mm/US1,5 and 3mm/US2,5 or the size needed to obtain the correct gauge. 60 or 80 cm circular needle for the yoke and body, 80 cm circular needle for the sleeves and leg bands, or double-pointed needles if you do not use the magic loop method.
